The Kevin L. Cooper Foundation serves children from economically disadvantaged families, and those at high risk for juvenile delinquency due to various reasons. The geographic area of focus is in distressed neighborhoods in Baltimore City.
Summer Connect - Youth Festival - 2023, The Kevin L. Cooper Foundation started this summer program where mentors assist inner - city youth in developing self esteem. Demonstrating their talents through visual arts- music- dance and rapping routines. Also, the youth set a good example for other youth to follow. InterLOCKING LOVE 1 Youth at a TIME!
